Welcome to the Ashes Guild Companion Discord App ("the App"), a guild management tool designed to help communities playing Ashes of Creation organize artisan roles, crafting orders, and trade logistics.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App provided by Edgardo Carreras ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you affirm that you meet these requirements.
The App may offer enhanced functionality through Discord’s server subscription system. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with the selected subscription tier. All payments are handled through Discord.
You are responsible for the content your members create using the App (e.g., crafting orders, buy/sell tickets). You must ensure all activity follows Discord’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edgardo Carreras from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
